Originally from the UK, I grew up in Germany where I attended an international school and experienced firsthand the benefits and challenges of being a Third Culture Kid. Since then I have lived and worked as a high school teacher in the UK, a middle school counsellor in the Philippines and now here in Switzerland as a primary school counsellor. I am also a qualified Art Therapist. 

I am grateful for my experiences working with children across different age levels, as well as being a single parent to a teenage son. My lived experiences and professional background have given me a profound appreciation for both the challenges and rewards of parenting.  

As a person I am endlessly curious, constantly learning and love adventure and novel experiences. As such, I am currently renovating a farmhouse in Spain with my mum as a long-term creative project where hopefully one day we can host workshops and retreats. I also love pottering at home, spending time with my son and partner,  being in nature, camping and visiting my family and friends in different parts of the world.
